

On October 31, 2017, Minco served a timely request for review under Labor Code section 1741(a). On September 20, 2017, the Department’s Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (“DLSE”) served Minco with the CWPA assessing $131,054.53 in wages and penalties for Minco employees who performed work on the Project.

Minco was the prime contractor on the San Jose Creek Water Quality Laboratory HVAC Upgrade Project ("Project") for the County of Los Angeles Sanitation Department ("County").
